Late last week, near the border of Lake Worth and Fort Worth, Texas a domino-effect style car crash resulted in the death of one 30-year old woman and the serious injury of a teen involved in the accident. The 15-year old teen was transported to Cook Children’s Hospital, her condition unknown. The nature of the accident resulted in the involvement of 15 individuals and 3 vehicles in the crash. All but 2 of these individuals were seen by officials and released. The cause of the accident is unknown at this time.
